  • Ingredients Each ml contains Irinotecan ....................................20mg Indication 1. after 5.FU therapy recurrent, progressive metastatic rectal cancer, colon carcinoma 2. combined treatment with 5.FU or Folinate calcium, progressive metastatic rectal cancer, colon carcinoma without other therapy 3. gastric cancer (incapable surgery or requrrent) 4. small cell lung cancer 5. progressive non-small cell lung cancer dosage and administration 1. after 5.FU therapy recurrent, progressive metastatic rectal cancer, colon carcinoma 1)irinotecan HCL once a day, 100㎎/㎡ 3~4 times I.V. every week, arrest 2 weeks repeat this. 2)irinotecan HCL once a day, 150㎎/㎡ 2~3 times I.V. every 2 weeks, arrest 3 weeks and repeat this. 2. combined treatment with 5.FU or Folinate calcium, progressive metastatic rectal cancer, colon carcinoma without other therapy 1) irinotecan HCL 180㎎/㎡ with 5-FU or Folinate calcium, 3 times every 2 weeks(6 weeks treatment), repeat this. 2) irinotecan HCL 125㎎/㎡ with 5-FU or Folinate calcium, 4 times every week, arrest 2 weeks(6 weeks treatment), repeat this. 3. gastric cancer (incapable surgery or requrrent) 1) irinotecan HCL once a day, 100㎎/㎡ 3~4 times I.V. every week, arrest 2 weeks repeat this. 2) irinotecan HCL once a day, 150㎎/㎡ 2~3 times I.V. every 2 weeks, arrest 3 weeks and repeat this. 4. small cell lung cancer 1) irinotecan HCL once a day, 100㎎/㎡ 3~4 times I.V. every week, arrest at least 2 weeks repeat this. 2) In the case of combined treatment with Cisplatin, irinotecan HCL once a day, 60㎎/㎡ 3 times I.V. every week, at the first day, Cisplatin shall be IV injected after Irinotecan IV. The 28-day is set to be 1 cycle, and repeat this. 5. progressive non-small cell lung cancer irinotecan HCL once a day, 100㎎/㎡ 3~4 times I.V. every week, arrest at least 2 weeks repeat this. how supplied 40mg/vial, 100mg/vial, 150mg/vial, 200mg/ vial, 300mg/vial
